In Module #1 we’ll take a deep dive into what affiliate management is, what a successful program looks like and how to capitalize on your (or your team’s) ability to learn the systems, close deals and more.

We’ll look at the ins and outs of the current state of affiliate programs across the industry and how building relationships is CRUCIAL to your success. We’ll discuss why having professional “closers” is paramount to the bottom line and we’ll take a good look at what happens when things go terribly, terribly wrong.

Module #2 is all about learning the vernacular. There is no industry standard really in affiliate management and it comes with a long list of terminology that you absolutely must know before you put your oars into these shark infested waters.

From “cold traffic” to “solo mail” (and no that ain’t Han Solo) we’ll cover ALL the bases to make absolutely sure you know your stuff and don’t look like an idiot when trying to make deals or discuss earnings. By the end of this module alone you’ll feel like you know it all. (You won’t, BUT you’ll feel like it!)

Module #3 focuses on all of the different verticals inside the world of affiliate management. These are the areas you need to capitalize on to make money.

From booking your offers to your 2nd Tier (you DO have a 2nd Tier program, right? If not this ALONE could be costing you 6 figures a year!) to paid traffic, launches and more in this module I’m going to SHOW YOU THE MONEY in every vertical we can possibly find.

Now we’re going to take it up a notch. In this module we’re going to talk all about the different types of affiliate partners you’re going to be working with, because frankly… all affiliates are NOT created equally.

Your highest priority will be to your whales, who I also call your “Heroes” these are the people you want to take care of above and beyond the rest of your partners.

I’ll show you exactly what kind of communications you need to be having, how often and a bunch of other ways to enhance and up your communication game. And how treating your Heroes like Ultimate VIP’s can make all the difference when you’re running that million dollar launch!

This one is HUGE. The art of making deals for launches goes way beyond “a click for a click” and in this module we’ll go over the many different kinds of deals you can do for partner launches and your own.

We’ll cover everything from straight swaps to cash prize incentives and every other possible deal you can do to make money from offers.

Even the very best affiliate managers and teams get the dreaded “No” from time to time. In this module, I’m going to show you exactly how to grab their objections and toss them right back at them and get the “Yes”.

We’ll go through the process and take a look back at who turned down a JV deal and then break down why it might have happened and what to do in the future to make it a WIN for you and for them.

In this module we’ll also talk about several ways you can up your mental game on a day-to-day basis with time management, mindset training, how to get better sleep and more that will keep you closing deals day after day.

This is one of the most important modules of the entire program. In Module #8, it’s countdown to launch. There are some very specific things that MUST be perfected for a successful launch.

Make sure to note, I said “successful”. There are hundreds of product launches every year, hell, there are probably hundreds every month, but there are only a very select few that meet ALL the criteria to knock it out of the park.

We’ll take a long hard look at “end of launch”. Believe it or not it’s one of the most often overlooked yet important parts of a launch, yours or a partners.

At the end of a launch you’ve got to tie up loose ends, make sure people get paid and accounting gets done… and after a hard launch everyone is exhausted.

There are a whole bunch of different types of affiliates out there, from content marketers with blogs and big followings, to paid search affiliates, social medial affiliates, email marketers to paid traffic marketers… and they all have different needs.

Some of them will only touch certain offers because of the structure of their businesses and you need to know how to navigate them all to make the best, most profitable deals possible.

I’ll show you how to make sure everything comes out smoothly with paychecks for everyone and happy smiling faces, instead of ruined reputations and deflation.

One of my biggest pet peeves is lack of documentation and policy, you’ve heard me say it, and I’ll say it again. You have to have crystal CLEAR policies to manage expectations with your partners from the very start.

Some of the worst fights and feuds I’ve ever seen was a bunch of “he said, she said” B.S. because nobody took the time to actually outline a policy or have proper documentation. In this module we’ll see exactly what questions you need to ask to establish your own policies.
